Tocket is developed by an individual developer, Petru Codarcea (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the Tocket iOS app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
Tocket teaches kids to read analog clocks through a structured set of lessons. The App is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the Apple ID/account used to access it.
Signing in uses Sign in with Apple. We don’t operate a separate password system — your account security is tied to your Apple ID. A subset of the App is usable without signing in; the rest requires sign-in.
Tocket offers a free tier with limited content. Additional content may be offered via subscription, purchased and billed entirely through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system. We do not process payments ourselves. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID account settings, per Apple’s terms.
Don’t use the App for anything unlawful, don’t attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt it, and don’t use it in a way that could harm other users.
The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
